Welcome to the United Socialist States of America!

By hardtimes

Millions of Americans, now living today, and millions more in the foreseeable future have been handed, in effect, a death sentence.  Euthanasia efforts will, therefore, increase and become more rationalized because medical care, as publicly ensured, must be systematically rationed; governmentally-funded abortions will logically expand, regardless of the absurd Executive Order (to be supposedly signed by Obama) that, as supposedly stupid Bart Stupak really knew, cannot, in fact, ever trump an Act of Congress.

The ever harsh logic of the Culture of Death is, of course, axiomatically inexorable: the less people, the less are then the publicly-supported health-care costs involved.  The Weimarization of this nation has, thus, begun in earnest, and cannot be then successfully reversed until a major political-economic-social disaster eventually occurs.

It is contended, furthermore, that the national elections of 2010 and 2012, consequently, will not be that truly decisive; and, the rather important political and other such related reasons are given, openly and forcefully, in this brief article.

The New Amerika (that’s the way the Left spells the name of the country) officially began on April 21, 2010, though many people do not yet know it; it was a truly historic day in this nation’s entire history, and Obama and the Democrat Party fully agreed as to the forever tremendous historic reality of their national-socialist healthcare system.

They had, as could be easily observed, positively celebrated the momentous event; this was because they, thus, correctly knew its ultimate significance, in terms of the development and great expansion of political and other power over the (once intimate) lives of the vast majority of the people.

The full-scale transformation of this country toward a dedicated collectivism on a grand scale had, in fact, realistically begun and, moreover, is practically irreversible (to almost all intents and purposes short of a revolution), though many people, including the Tea Party Nation Movement members, may really wish otherwise, of course.   Consolidation of many previously separate collectivist efforts have been made possible by providing a veritable grab bag of bribes to various politicians.

Problematic and Unfortunate Prospects Examined

There will be always enough RINOs, in the Republican Party, to assist in making the national-socialist health care system (NSHCS) and the nation’s future, overall, Canadian/European-style, social-market economy workable and manageable, practicable and feasible; this would be through also finding the needed funding of the ways and means to sustain the decided thrust toward and clear embrace of collectivism; of course, many politicians, in both major parties, will fallaciously claim that they still can, meaning somehow or other, substantially reverse or, perhaps, just defund the various combined efforts involved.

But, the American system of politics is, fundamentally, governed by the acknowledgement of what is called the (progressivist) theory of legal positivism in that the law establishes the legality of itself for and by itself and, therefore, that makes something that by, e.g., classical Natural Law standards, is (obviously or clearly) unconstitutional then become, in effect, (supposedly) constitutional; this is done by the very “incestuous” process of law itself, as to its own rationalized self-justification as such, which is, of course, a merely legalized tautology.

Thus, it is likely that the ideological directiveness and specific orientation of the NSHCS can only be rationally related to creating a social-democratic/socialist State, the aforementioned Weimarization, which is far beyond the present welfare-warfare State that presently does, in fact, substantially exist as such.

Powerful constituencies and greatly influential lobbyists will be then created, moreover, in firm support of this added collectivist effort; it rapidly expands the large progressivist reality of the resulting political entity that, thus, substantially revolutionizes a vast multiplicity of circumstances and conditions, which can only come to more and more effectively prevent efforts at any future repeal attempts.

The above realistic scenario will, therefore, hold completely true, especially if the RINOs are not totally purged (as is needed) from the Republican Party, which may be, to say the least, a rather very doubtful possibility.

The November 2010 elections, however, may still give a truly good indication as to the then fundamental direction that the nation’s politics could importantly take; this is, of course, if enough significant and substantial opposition to the NSHCS is manifested concretely through both a heavily Republican Party-dominated US Congress and the governorships held or taken by that same party.

And yet, there are still definite and rather severe limitations to even that much of a political sea change in this nation’s fairly immediate future.   Sure, some real opposition can then develop; yes, there are angry people, as is known, who really do vehemently object to what had happened.

Nonetheless, enough RINOs just might, unfortunately, get themselves elected/reelected to then quite effectively thwart any needed effort to get real repeal legislation requisitely enacted, which illustrates well the normally sad state of American politics; too often, harsh defeat has been ingloriously grasped from the proverbial jaws of victory.   What is the both inherent and enormous difficulty notably involved here?

This is a much troubled era that politically demands significantly great levels and acts of verifiable statesmanship manfully allied to truly monumental creations of educated and mature statecraft or, in other words, a highly unlikely scenario of proposed important events fairly unknown to a much hyper-feminized society and culture allied too often to normally pubescent interests (sports, porn, etc.).

A genuine revolution had factually occurred on April 21, 2010; the Administration, US Congress, Federal bureaucracies, etc. will now have the necessary time between now and November to help establish the initial necessary foundations of the preliminary machinery for having the NSHCS’ establishment.

What occurred was much greater, however, than all of FDR’s New Deal because previous entitlements, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, etc. pale into insignificance; this is in sharp contrast to what has happened and, more to the point, what “must” continue to occur in this country (as with the proposed amnesty for millions of illegal aliens who are to become future Democrat voters [Universal Voter Registration], of course).

After the NSHCS exists for several or more years, moreover, it will be then impossible to repeal it due to the many naturally vested interests massively created with both the new and expanded bureaucracies, inclusive of the IRS as being the primary enforcement agency.

In addition, it has been rather empirically demonstrated that the US Constitution and its explicit legal and political mandate for sustaining free, republican constitutional government qua governance does not, in fact, mean much to the victorious progressivists who have the substantial power to freely enforce their Leftist dictates.

Obama definitely has, as it ought to be critically forever comprehended, achieved a true and strategic political victory of literally monumental proportions; this is manifestly in terms of a $1 trillion+ future commitment that logically needs to result, as a direct consequence of this ideological consummation and consolidation for the Left in this country, for, at the very least, the present political generation in time.

Because Obama can exercise a veto over legislation, the Republican Party would have to achieve a veto-proof majority in both Houses of the US Congress, which is not a very easy thing to do; so, any attempt at an actual repeal effort of such legislation is almost inconceivable and basically unlikely.

Although such incredibly naïve conservative spokesmen as Rush Limbaugh seem to supposedly maintain their alleged enduring optimism, even he himself had repeatedly stated (on his April 22nd radio program) that “we’re hanging by a thread” and has, furthermore seriously questioned whether or not national elections may, sometime in the future, be suspended entirely; these are, at a bare minimum, extremely shocking and unsettling words.    He foolishly assumes, however, that the Republicans can maintain and sustain an opposition sufficient to somehow or other essentially undermine or, perhaps, just basically overturn what had been done, meaning Obama’s revolution.

In truth, conservatives and all those who oppose what has happened were holding on “by a thread” since Obama was elected along with the Democrat Party-controlled US Congress, which is the set fundamental truth, not what Limbaugh said.   Limbaugh’s excessive optimism, in context, is absurd to an extreme degree pertaining to the historical significance of what has happened to undermine freedom and liberty through a cold contempt for social civil liberty, on the part of the liberals, done in the fallacious name of civil rights qua entitlements.

No one, therefore, should ever hold his political breath in the absurd expectation that enough RINOs can be prevented from ever being elected; equally, in addition, many so-called conservative or moderate Democrats will still get either elected or reelected in just enough significant numbers to then thwart the assumed attempts of the majority of the Republicans; moreover, between those two groups, the RINOs and Democrats, the conservative Republicans’ hope for actually or decisively destroying the revolution is then easily seen to be just essentially futile, mainly useless, as to a viable political hope worth hoping for, meaning, of course, by the basic majority of the people of this nation.

This is the both sad and realistic news that must be made known because the amount of political energy that is absolutely needed on the political right must be made at least equal to or greater than the American Revolution that founded this country; such energy appears unlikely even if Republicans gain control of the Congress.   Obama will, over the next years, probably appoint at least two more Leftist justices to the US Supreme Court.

In addition, it is not really a sure thing that a Republican can get elected president, meaning if he is of the dreaded caliber of, e. g., a John McCain, meaning a true RINO; also, a conservative president would, in all probability, tend generally to seek some moderate or temperate ways and means of modifying or mostly restructuring, not just plainly destroying, the basics of the NSHCS.

The major political and other important reasons for that conclusion have been already given above in this article.  [And, it may be added that, for instance, the many decades of warnings given by the John Birch Society no longer seem too extremist, as directly compared to what Limbaugh, Mark Levin, Mike Savage, and many others are now openly saying.]

Progress, Entitlements, and Bourgeois Radicalism

Why, ultimately, is it finally too late to do anything to eliminate the NSHCS?   Intellectuals, radicals, most academicians, mass media pundits, progressivist politicians, various major establishmentarians, finance capitalists, influential lobbyists, etc. will simply say that it is all just logically part of a further and much needed rationalization and political modernization (AKA Europeanization) of the country that was, in fact, very long overdue.

This was “unfortunately” because of miscreant reactionary thinking, which had so stupidly prevented merely “normal progress” in legislating “practical health care provisions” for the American people, which is all, primarily, part of the overall ideology of forever deified Progress.

Rationalization and modernization, therefore, easily trumps all of constitutionalism, when it seemingly stands in the way of [alleged] Progress (a real “god term” if there ever was one).   The transformational process has now become solidified, for a decadent and degenerate society, firmly dedicated to racing backwards into history, meaning from a society of contract to a more traditional society based upon status.

People, thus, need to be properly reminded that an entitlement, something paid for by the taxpayers, is not any kind of a civil right; civil rights and liberties are, by definition, not things that are or can ever be subsidized matters; they are not involved in a zero-sum game; civil  liberties are directly guaranteed by the Constitution and civil rights are derived from the reciprocity involved from empirical necessity.

Thus, the civil liberty of freedom of assembly, which is explicitly stated in the Constitution, logically  requires the civil right of freedom of association to then effectuate, to give real meaning to, that particular constitutional liberty within the realm of domestic politics.

Entitlements, matters defended by liberal-leftist ideology, as supposed “civil rights” are, therefore, only ideological fictions just parading under the conveniently provided cover of law, meaning always as if a progressivist utopia existed on earth.

Something that is subsidized by any taxpayers means that some people must be necessarily deprived of their (precious) economic rights to their (valued) income so that other people, public dependents, can then be provided the entitlement; it is, in set effect, a political entitlement to the money legally confiscated from quite often beleaguered and overtaxed taxpayers.

However, in terms of genuinely real rights, therefore, one correctly sees that a true right, as exercised by one person, cannot negate a true right held by another person (under protection of law); but, as was so properly demonstrated, this is never, in fact, the actual case with any so-called entitlement (a politically-created call upon someone else’s income) whatsoever.

But, something else much more interesting is really to be going on now pertaining to the wider circus of domestic politics.  Obama and his supporters have the expected opportunity to “sell” this legislation as a kind of populist-oriented bourgeois radicalism, as had been, in truth, effectively done with most of the past and successful efforts for instituting entitlements for the masses.

Conclusion: Opposition Is Vitally Needed

What needs to be effectively done, in any event, is to still act by finding the useful ways and means of creatively defeating the future massive growth of the regnant collectivist State in America, the United Socialist States of America.

This is because the political order has crossed the vital political line and has left its former legitimate status of being a government to now just become a mere regime of power and dedicated, thus, to its illegitimate, unconstitutional and immoral extension.  Therefore, certain pertinent examples concerning how to provide the requisite resistance can, moreover, be explicitly rendered here, for possible consideration and adoption.

Such measures can realistically include: 1.) vigorous support for the rapid increase of the underground free-market economy (AKA black market) as successfully and extensively exists, e. g., in Italy and other countries, where, e. g., precious commodities/metals (coins) can be traded as a de facto currency; 2.) use of more and more bartering or other such transactional activities that do then remove people from direct contact with the larger or open economy that is subject to heavily increasing levels of deliberately confiscatory taxation to then help, of course, the collectivist State’s swollen revenues; 3.)  continuing development of an alternative society and culture that (hopefully) incorporates the black market, bartering, internal exile compounds, rightwing pro-freedom organizations, and any other such features or opposition institutions by which the people can, increasingly, pose some sort of ongoing adamant resistance to the progressivist State, and 4) public and political encouragement of crescive acts of civil disobedience* in firm support of the Constitution, especially the 9th and 10th Amendments explicitly concerning the rights of the people and, in addition, the noted supportive rights of the states.

These will be important and, ultimately, forceful ways to positively help undermine the evil collectivist regime and to discredit it, to systematically delegitimize it, in the eyes of the majority of the people; it leads into the required counterrevolution or, better yet, the liberty-loving revolution against the New Weimar that seeks its both corrupt and degenerate existence in this nation.  But, it is still frighteningly known, however, what must logically come after Weimar.

And, by the way, it has been well asked: Where were you at the moment when the American Republic died?    All nations, all empires, including the bloated American imperium, must eventually fall, which makes a striking mockery, e. g.,  of the often celebrated doctrine known as “American exceptionalism” because if it were genuinely and historically true, then this country would never, in fact, have been ever brought into the terrible condition that it is in today.   Q. E. D.

But, in the glorious name of human liberty, and, moreover, for the God who is Himself the Author of liberty, and, of course, in traditional defense of the Constitution, such continued resistance to tyranny is proper and moral conduct, meaning for all those who wish to again someday live in freedom.

*Regimes of power, unlike all true governments, do not at all deserve any civil obedience concerning any unconstitutional acts, though, admittedly, it may take some time, for most Americans, to come to this particular point of view regarding the United Socialist States of America.

Several moves on the Obama Agenda. Giving more control to the Federal Reserve. Cap and Tax under the false pretenses of climate Change. RFID tracking under the guise of immigration reform.

It's scary how fast this POS is moving to destroy the Constitution and freedoms and rights protected by it.

People fled the British Empire and left for America to get away from these practices... now they are asleep at the wheel while the Elitest Wealthy move quickly to recreate the past.

Sad sad say for America.

Just watch as Obama starts his anti-gun movement. Because the wealthy elite know that they can not complete their agenda until they destroy the right to bear arms.

The STATES of the United STATES of America have got to step up and using the 10th Amendment put the Federal Government in it's place.

The money the Federal Government takes from the people then dangles as an incentive to the States as payback has got to be stopped.

When people hit rock bottom and Obama declares martial law they had better at least have their guns.

The system is corrupt, the country is bankrupt, and only the citizens can rescue it... but they have to wake up first!
